There are different sizes and solutions when it comes to coil forming. It can be overwhelming while you trying to find best fit for your requirements and preferences. We are ready, excited and free to help you. You can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +90 266 281 12 21
We have three different systems for our coil forming machines; Servo driven, hydraulic and pneumatic coil form machines. Without getting deep into technical specifications, let’s take look to advantages of our different solutions.
- Servo driven coil form machines : Speed! Yes, speed is the key when compared to other two solutions. You will increase your daily production with lightning speed of servo motors. Unique vertical design saves space in your factory and increases safety. You can store and call unlimited amount of projects into the interface. Then with one click, your machine is set to new coil dimensions within seconds. It is mostly prefered for traction coil production and maximum coil length is 2000 mm.
- Hydraulic coil form machines : Power! Sturdy platform was necessary to control these hydraulic muscles. In 1738, a Swiss mathematician called Daniel Bernoulli put the theory into practice and built first hydraulic cylinder press. Since then, hydraulic presses advanced yet principle stayed the same. This is the key when it comes to maintenance and repairs. No calibrating required and can be serviced easily. In general HV motor producers prefer this type as coil lengths are more than 5000 mm.
- Pneumatic coil form machines: Budget! Why spend more for a machine that does the job done. It is a perfect solution for repair shops as they don’t mass produce coils. In general, you produce amount of coils to fix a motor then continue to new project. Similar to our other solutions, you can save your projects to call them when you need. Unlike others, it doesn’t automatically set up for new dimensions. But its light weight and compact design eases setting up procedure.
